Question Are your store items authentic ?
AnswerYes, all of the items in our store are authentic. We offer a 200% money back guarantee if they turn out to be fake.
Question How can I pay for my order ?
AnswerWe’ve got you covered! We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal payments.

Our hub being located in the UAE, we accept Cash On Delivery payments in all the Emirates for our local customers.

If you are shopping from Lebanon, we just added a Cash On Delivery option as well!

Question Is it safe to order online ?
AnswerYou can be assured that when shopping with us your details are safe! We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information, such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit / debit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.
Question How long does shipping take ?
AnswerWe ship items within 24 hours after purchase. Depending on your location, shipping may take between 2 to 12 days. A tracking number will be sent via your shipping confirmation email.

For customers residing in the UAE, shipping usually takes 24 hours after dispatch.

For customers residing in Lebanon, shipping varies depending on payment method. It usually takes 4-7 days if you went with the direct payment option. If you went with the Cash on Delivery option, it may take up to 10 days to get your order delivered due to the multiple variables involved in the transaction.

Question In what size should I buy my item ?
AnswerFor sizing, please check the original manufacturers website. Brands may change blanks or sizing over time, if it is the case with an old item, we’ll add the appropriate size guide on the items page.
Question Will I be charged customs and import duties ?
AnswerDepending on the value of your order, you may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs.

Unfortunately, these charges are out of our hands, and vary widely from country to country. We’re unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office beforehand in order to avoid unexpected charges at your end.

For items being shipped within the UAE, there are no import & customs fee as the items are already in the country.

Question What is your return policy ?
AnswerWe do accept returns, however items must be returned in the same condition as shipped out (packaging included) within 15 days. We do charge a 15% restocking fee. For more, check our terms and conditions page.
Question Can I cancel my order ?
AnswerTo make sure you receive your items as soon as possible, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that if you do not contact us immediately when your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel it.
Question Can I consign my goods with you ?
AnswerUnfortunately, we do not consign items at this point in order to maintain our fast processing and shipping times as well as our quality customer service.
